It is Grammy award winning producer Greg Ladanyi's 30 year history in live and studio recording with some of the greatest musicians and artists of our time that creates this unique environment. His background in both analog and digital recording, mixing, mastering and production allows us to use today's digital technology without losing the warmth of analog tape. It is in the spirit of his iconic sound that we continue with pride to carry on his incredible legacy.

At The Greg Ladanyi Studio, you will find the highest quality microphones and processing gear for vocal and single-instrument overdub recording. We prefer and use microphones from Groove Tubes, Shure, Audio-Technica, AKG, Neumann, Soundelux and Earthworks. Digital recording is done on state-of-the-art, PC Audio Labs Dual Core PC and Boxx Technologies computers. We use Yamaha/Steinberg Nuendo as our primary recording software, and we offer native translations to and from ProTools, Cubase, and Logic, including engineers trained in those programs as well. To assure optimal digital accuracy, we utilize Apogee converters and a Big Ben word clock. Mic pre's are all tube, Vipre, Tube-Tech, and Mastering Lab mic preamps along with other vintage outboard gear.
